- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — both tiers come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you'll need to add payment to keep monitoring active.
- How does the Pro slider pricing work?
- The Pro tier starts at $15/mo for 10 monitors and adds $1/mo for each additional monitor up to 100. So 13 monitors = $18/mo, 50 monitors = $55/mo, 100 monitors = $105/mo.
- What does 'excl. VAT' mean?
- EU customers (and a few other tax regions) see VAT calculated and added at checkout based on their billing country. We use Polar.sh as our merchant of record, which handles VAT compliance automatically.
- How often are sites checked?
- Every 5 minutes on both tiers. We don't claim sub-second monitoring because we monitor from a single European data center — and being honest about that matters more than fake speed marketing.
- How will I know when there's a problem?
- When a monitored domain has an actual issue — down, recovery, SSL expiring soon, or an anomaly — we send an email directly to your account address within minutes. When there's no issue, you get a single weekly summary on Mondays (Pro tier) — and nothing on Starter. We don't send daily pings or 'still up' confirmations, because those train people to ignore alerts.
- What's included in AI features?
- Pro tier gets two AI features: (1) plain-English explanations of anomalies (e.g. 'SSL certificate expires in 5 days, you should renew') powered by Claude Haiku, and (2) a weekly executive summary delivered every Monday morning, powered by Claude Sonnet.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the Polar customer portal in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
